A. Jerry Rossi, 75, of Mayfield, died Thursday December 20th at home. His wife of 36 years is the former JoAnn Brunisifski.
Born in Peckville, son of the late Albert and Josephine Andreoli Rossi, he was a graduate of Mayfield High School. He was a veteran of the Pennsylvania National Guard 109th Infantry Regiment of the 28th Division. Jerry’s background was in electronics, and he was the co-owner of Root Electronics. Prior to retirement, he was the owner and operator of Benchmark Advertising. He was an avid motorcycle rider and a member of the Road Dawgs MC. He was a member of the American Legion Post 610, Mayfield and a former member and President of the William Walker Hose Company, Mayfield.
Also surviving are a daughter: Lori Clifford, Jessup; two grandchildren: Carly and Michael Clifford; a nephew: Wayne Rossi and wife Patti, Delaware; and two brother-in-laws: Stephen Brunisifski, Falls; and David Brunisifski, Port St. Lucie, FL.
He was also preceded in death by a brother: Edward Rossi, and a god-son: Edward Rossi, Jr.
As per his request, private funeral services were held. Arrangements by the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale.
