Cathy (Coleman) Fitzpatrick

Cathy Coleman Fitzpatrick, 69, of Union Dale died Tuesday, January 22nd at the Forest City Nursing and Rehab Center. She was the widow of Michael P. Fitzpatrick who died on July 4, 2007.

Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Maxwell and Leatha Mayers Coleman, she was a member of the Union Dale Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of Forest City Regional High School.  Prior to her illness was employed as the financial manager for Adams Cable Company, Carbondale where she was a dedicated employee for over 40 years.
She enjoyed listening to classic rock music from the 60’s and 70’s  and always talked about her trip to see The Eagles in concert.

Surviving are a brother: Ronald Coleman, Union Dale; a brother-in-law: Joseph Fitzpatrick, and his wife Karen, Dickson City; a niece: Jennie Fitzpatrick; Scott Twp., a nephew: Ryan Fitzpatrick, Dickson City; a great nephew: Justin Ezerskis; and a great niece: Katilyn  Ezerskis.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Micheal Fitzpatrick, who died in 2010.

A graveside service will be held in the spring in Union Dale Cemetery.
