Gwendolyn (Price) Bomysoad

Gwendolyn Bomysoad, 84, of Binghamton, NY, died Sunday October 14th, at home.  She was the widow of Frederick Bomysoad.

Born in Herrick Center, daughter of the late Paul W. and Helen Pickering Price, she was a graduate of Herrick Center High School.  She was a homemaker.

Surviving are a son: Daniel Bomysoad, Panama City, FL; a daughter-in-law: Debbie Bomysoad, Binghamton; two grandchildren: Mandi Whitman and husband Marcus and Molly Leszyk, all of Binghamton; one great granddaughter: Annabel Leszyk; one sister: Julia Rude and husband Charles, Pleasant Mount; three sister-in-laws: Donna Price, Mayfield; Lynn Price, Scranton; Lillian Price, Union Dale; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a son: David Bomysoad; two sisters: Bernice Butler and Ila Williams; and four brothers: Lewis, Raymond, Clarence, and William Price.

The funeral will be Thursday October 18th with services at 11 am in the Jones & Brennan Funeral Home, 430 Main Street, Forest City, to be celebrated by Dr. Richard Butler.  Interment will follow in Lyon Street Cemetery, Union Dale.  Friends may call Thursday morning, from 10 am until service time.
