Amy M. White

Amy M. White, 55, of Taylor and formerly of Carbondale, died Wednesday July 8th.

Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Nelson and Stella Lehutsky White, she attended Sacred Heart High School, and was a graduate of Carbondale Area High School.  She loved animals, especially her faithful canine companion, Betty.

Surviving are a daughter, Cheyenne White, Dunmore; a grandchild: Marcellus White; a brother: Thomas White and wife Kathleen, Childs; a sister: Carol Tolerico, Minooka; a sister-in-law: Mindy White; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters: Rita White Mason and Joy White; three brothers: Joseph, John, and Neil White.

The funeral will be Tuesday, July 14th with a blessing service at 6 pm, to be celebrated by the Rev. Philip Sladicka in the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale.  Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 6 pm.
