Catherine M. Branch

Catherine M. Branch, 54, of Queens, NY, died Thursday April 10th at Geisinger Community Medial Center, Scranton.

Born in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of the late Alan and Brenda Williams Branch.  She was a graduate of Hillcrest High School, Queens, and LaGuardia Community College, Queens, where she received her Master’s Degree.  Prior to her illness, she was employed in the accounting department at LaGuardia Community College, Queens, NY.

Surviving are her children: Shawn Branch, Carbondale; Shalaya Blacks; twins Justin and Jordan Blacks, all of Brooklyn, NY; and several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by a sister: Tina Branch; and a brother: Rasheen Branch.

Private funeral services were held.  Arrangements by the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale.
