Christine A. Rudolph, LPN, 60, of Forest City, died Saturday October 2nd at Geisinger CMC, Scranton. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Robert Rudolph.
Born in Bridgeport, CT, daughter of Francis and Elizabeth Skojec Cifersky, and step-daughter of the late Marion Lipko Cifersky, she was a member of Ascension Parish, Forest City. She was a graduate of Forest City Regional High School, and she received her nursing degree from the Lackawanna County Vocational-Technical School. She was employed for 34 years at the Forest City Nursing the Rehabilitation Center, and for the past few years at the Wayne Memorial Family Health Care Center, Forest City with Dr. David Tomazic. She loved staying connected on Facebook. She adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with her family.
Also surviving are two daughters: Alyssa Dragwa and husband Kyle; Brittany Burrell and husband Daniel, all of Forest City; 6 grandchildren: Karmryn, Wesley, Makayla, Collin, Cody, Ashlynn; one sister: Mary Williams, Jacksonville, FL; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Thursday from the Jones & Brennan Funeral Home, 430 Main St. Forest City, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Joseph’s Church, Delaware St., Forest City. Friends may call Wednesday, from 4 to 7 pm.
