David P. Hamilton

David P. Hamilton, 68, of Carbondale, died suddenly on Sunday December 8th.

Born in Carbondale, son of the late Catherine Chipchase, he was a graduate of Forest City Regional High School, Class of 1974.  He was currently employed by the Gentex Corporation, Simpson, where he worked for 50 years.  He was a loving father who adored his grandchildren.  He also loved his cats.

Surviving are two daughters: Kimberly Hamilton and companion Sean Meek, Carbondale; Teri Lawler and husband Pat, Carbondale; and two granddaughters: Olivia and Sophia Lawler.

As per his request, private funeral services were held.  Arrangements by the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale.
