Margaret A. Faseski

Margaret A. Faseski, 82, of Carbondale, died Monday October 11th at Allies Services Skilled Nursing, Scranton.  She was the widow of Charles M. Faseski, who died August 8, 2013.

Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret Wahy Haggerty, she was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale.  She was a graduate of Mayfield High School.  Prior to retirement, she was employed as a seamstress in several area dress factories in Mayfield and Childs.  She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and a member of the Cottage Hose Fire Company #2 Ladies Auxiliary. 

Surviving are several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The funeral will be Saturday October 16th from the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale.  Interment, Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Jermyn.  Friends may call Friday, from 3  to 6 pm.
