Marion Janezic, 96, of Lebanon, NJ, and formerly of Richmondale, died Saturday April 12th at the Bridgeway Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Bridgewater, NJ.  She was the widow of Raphael “Ralph” Janezic, who died June 27, 2001.

Born in Forest City, daughter of the late Michael and Mary Dovin Shino, she was educated in Forest City Schools.  She was a former member of Saint John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, Forest City.

Surviving are a son: Dennis Janezic; a daughter: Judith Janezic; a granddaughter: Mara Wood and husband Adam; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters: Veronica Urbas and Ann Miluszusky; and a brother: Myron Shino.

The funeral will be Thursday April 17th from the Jones & Brennan Funeral Home, 430 Main Street, Forest City, with funeral liturgy at 10 am in St. John’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Susquehanna Street, Forest City.  Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Richmondale.  Friends may call Wednesday, from 3 to 6 pm.
