Mary A. Seprosky

Mary A. Seprosky, 76, of Forest City, died Saturday July 18th at home.  She was the widow of Joseph C. Seprosky, who died September 30, 2017.

Born in Forest City, daughter of the late Richard and Angeline Rudolph Beer, she was a member of Ascension Parish, Forest City.  Mary was a graduate of Forest City High School.  Prior to retirement, she was employed for many years as a housekeeper for Ascension Parish.  She was previously employed in the local garment industry.  Mary was a member of the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union.

Surviving is her son, Dr. Joseph C. Seprosky, Jr. and companion Kathleen Margotta, South Canaan; several nieces and nephews, and her dog, Mick.

She was also preceded in death by a son: Richard Scott Seprosky; two sisters: Barbara Ann Zimmerman and Antoinette McEnery; and a brother: Richard T. Beer, Jr.

The funeral will be Thursday July 23rd with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Joseph’s Church, Delaware St. Forest City.  Interment, Sacred Heart Cemetery.  Friends may call Thursday at the church from 9:30 am until mass time.  Arrangements by the Jones & Brennan Funeral Home, 430 Main St., Forest City.
