Richard T. DeCicco

Richard T. DeCicco, 67, formerly of Scranton, died Saturday November 27th at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore. 

Born in Scranton, son of the late William and Rachel Williams DeCicco, he was a graduate of West Scranton High School.  He was a former Lackawanna County Deputy Sheriff.  Prior to retirement, he owned and operated Rosa Pizza Shop on the West Side of Scranton.

Surviving are a son: Corey and wife Mariah, Olyphant; a companion: Ann Marie Lenord; seven grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter: Cathy DeCicco Frederici; two brothers: William and Jerry; and a sister: Esther Wharton.

As per his request, cremation was held.  Arrangements by the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale.
