Roger F. Sullivan, 76, of Forest City, died Friday August 19th at home. He is survived by his wife, the former Loretta Burkett; the couple had been married for 56 years.
Born in Kingston, son of the late James J. and Elizabeth Edwards Sullivan, he was a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a manager for the Dickson City Wal-Mart.
Also surviving are three daughters: Melissa Sauls, Binghamton, NY; Susanne Sullivan, Richmondale; Shelly Hammond, Forest City; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his twin brother: Philip Sullivan; and a sister: Nancy Sullivan.
Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday August 23rd from 2 to 4 pm at the Jones & Brennan Funeral Home, 430 Main Street, Forest City.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Dessin Animal Shelter, 138 Miller Drive, Honesdale, PA 18431.
