Theresa Anne Lillis, 46, of Throop, died Saturday February 17th at home after an illness.

Born in Carbondale, daughter of Teri Lipko Doyle and husband Michael Doyle, of Carbondale, and daughter of the late Edward Lillis, she was a member of Saint Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale.  She was a graduate of Carbondale Area High School, Class of 1995.  She was employed as a Medical Assistant for Doctors Thomas Minora and Patrick Connors, Scranton.  She loved her companion, her dog, Tucker.

Also surviving are a step-brother: DJ Lillis; a step-sister: Ashley Lillis; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents:  Thomas and Mary Lipko; and her paternal grandparents: Daniel and Josephine Lillis.

The funeral will be Wednesday February 21st with a blessing service at 9:30 am in the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale.   Interment, Sacred Heart Cemetery, Forest City.  Friends may call Tuesday, from 4 to 6 pm.
