Tim P. Kilhullen, IV, 47, of Vandling, passed away on Monday October 10th at the Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton. His wife is the former Michelle Planinsek.
Born in Carbondale, son of Timothy and Barbara Blodnikar Kilhullen, Forest City, he was a member of Accession Parish, Forest City and a graduate of Forest City Regional High School. He was currently employed by FabCor, Jessup. Tim was an avid football fan, cheering for the Chicago Bears and Penn State. He was also an avid golfer, who enjoyed playing with his good friend Mike Nebzydoski; his greatest moment in golf was the time he got a hole-in-one. He was also an organ donor.
Also surviving are a son: Logan Kilhullen, at home; a brother: Richard Kilhullen, California; a sister: Kathleen Bezek and husband Brian, Forest City; a sister-in-law: Tracy Symeon and husband Brian, Dallas; a father-in-law: Anthony Planinsek, Vandling; nephews : Dylan and Gabe; and an niece Haylie.
He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law: Georgette Planinsek; grandparents: Timothy and Ann Chmielewski Kilhullen and Anthony and Helen Gambel Blodnikar.
The funeral will be Saturday, October 15th, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Saint Joseph’s Church, Delaware St., Forest City. Interment, St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Forest City. Friends may call Friday, from 3 to 6 pm at the Jones & Brennan Funeral Home, 430 Main Street, Forest City, and on Saturday morning at the church, from 9:30 am until mass time.
