Victor F. Rebernik

Victor F. Rebernik, 77, can finally breathe easier now that he is with his wife Elizabeth Buck Rebernik, who welcomed him to his eternal home.  Son of the late Anthony and Mary Planinsek Rebernik of Forest City, he graduated from Forest City Regional and Johnson Technical Schools.  He was a pipe-fitter for over 35 years at Doyle and Roth.  He enjoyed his garden, WW2 documentaries, Westerns, an ice cold Bud with a Marlboro Red, and the apples of his eyes: Stephen, James, and Grace, his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son James, his brothers Tony and Joe, his parents and in-laws, and nephew.  He left only to “see you in the future, babies” his daughters Michelle (Brendan) and Jennifer (Steven).

Services will be private through the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc., Carbondale.
